How do I submit a tender document?
Each tender will specify detailed requirements for its submission. For general information about submitting a tender document and the process for evaluation and award, read Submitting a Tender to PEI Government.
Are out-of-province companies eligible to bid on government tenders?
Procurement Services issues public tenders in accordance with the provincial Public Purchasing Act, the Atlantic Procurement Trade Agreement (APA); the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); and the Federal Provincial Territorial Collaborative Procurement Initiative. From time to time, the Province participates in joint tenders with other Atlantic Provinces. For more information, go to Trade Agreements on Procurement.
