Godfrey, Paul P.Eng.
Paul Godfrey studied at the University of Prince Edward Island and the University of New Brunswick, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1994.
Mr. Godfrey began his career in the public service shortly after. He has worked in a variety of roles in policy, planning, highway projects, and securing funding for infrastructure and capital projects. He also worked on the construction of the fabrication yard of the Confederation Bridge.
Godfrey was the director responsible for Infrastructure, Policy and Planning for the past nine years. In April of 2023, he was appointed acting deputy minister of Transportation and Infrastructure.
Mr. Godfrey was born in North Wiltshire, where he still resides, and he is a proud father of two children.
