Tobacco manufacturers and wholesalers who are active in Prince Edward Island must apply to the Provincial Tax Commissioner for a license to operate in the province using the Application for a Tobacco Manufacturer's or Wholesale Vendor's License and/or Marking/Marking Exemption Permit.

Early Learning and Child Care Transfer of Assignment of License

This form contains contact information for Registrars across Canada.

Use this form to request that the Registrar generate a report summarizing your years of service, your certification level and any other additional designations on your behalf for the the school authority, school board, department or any other employer. 

This form is to be used when requesting that the Registrar share a document from your file with a third party. 

Applicants for a PEI Teacher’s License must provide, with the application, a statement of the results of a criminal record check and a vulnerable person sector search made in respect of the applicant, dated not earlier than 3 months prior to the date of the application. Some police departments and agencies require a letter from the employer, a volunteer organization or a regulatory body such as Registrar for teacher licensure that mandates a criminal record check and vulnerable sector screen as part of its application process. Use this form to request that the Registrar forward a letter to a police department or agency on your behalf.
