Access PEI publishing wait times to improve service for Islanders

Starting today, Access PEI locations in Charlottetown, Royalty Crossing Mall, Cornwall, Montague, and Summerside will provide real-time wait times, giving people more flexibility in choosing when and where to visit Access PEI.

Islanders can view the real-time updates at Service PEI’s website.

This enhancement will help manage demand and improve service by giving people up-to-date information on customer flow and estimated wait times.

“Providing real-time information makes it easier for residents to access the services they need,” Hudson added. “Whether they visit a nearby site or choose one with a shorter wait, this tool helps people plan their day more easily.”

Government expects to provide wait times for other Access PEI sites in the near future.
