If you represent a telecommunication carrier, you must register to collect 911 cost recovery fees by filling out a Registration for 911 Cost Recovery Fee Collection form and sending it to the Taxation and Property Records Division.
911 Cost Recovery Fee Return
The filing and remittance deadline for the 911 cost recovery fee is 20 days after the end of the period covered by this return, even if no tax is payable.
