Family Housing
Island families and individuals unable to obtain or maintain adequate housing due to a low household income, poor housing conditions, or other special circumstances may be eligible for family housing through the Family Housing Program. Eligible applicants may be approved for: Government-owned housing: Bachelor to four-bedroom units are equipped with essential appliances and utility services. Tenants must supply their own furniture and maintain tenant’s insurance coverage.
