This form is to be filled out at the request of the student by educational institutions outside of the Atlantic Provinces and returned to Student Financial Services.

Provincial Confirmation of Enrollment is to be submitted to Edulinx-PEI at the begining of each full-time study period to ensure the student stays in non-repayment status.

To be completed by students who were not able to find full-time summer employment.
