The Estimates represent the financial plan of the province for the fiscal year commencing April 1, 1998, and are presented by the government in support of its request to the Legislative Assembly for authority to spend public monies.

The purpose of the Conflict of Interest Policy - Executive Division is to set out conflict of interest provisions for  members of the Executive Division as defined in the Civil Service Act.
