Influenza Vaccine Orders

PEI will receive influenza vaccine supply starting in September and through October. Immunizers in physician office/clinics, PHN, and Long Term / Community Care Facilities can submit 2026-207 influenza vaccine orders to the Chief Public Health Office using the form below. 

What do I need to provide with my order?

With your initial request, you must acknowledge you have read and are able to comply with the Annual Influenza Policy, which includes your commitment to report each influenza vaccine administered in accordance with the Public Health Act Immunization Regulations.

How do I report vaccine administrations?

You are encouraged to electronically report vaccine administrations. Please note: If we did not receive a report for the previous influenza season, we will not be able to provide influenza vaccine for the 2026-2027 season.

What should I do with the leftover vaccine supply?

Unused or expired influenza vaccine should not be returned to Pharmacare. Instead, it may be disposed of in accordance with local vaccine waste disposal procedures. 
All vaccine wastage must be reported to the CPHO for inventory management purposes. Reports should include the quantity and type of vaccine wasted and be submitted using the Vaccine Wastage Reporting.
 

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders should be placed by Thursday at 3:00 P.M. each week for delivery the next week. During high activity periods, it may take 1-2 business days or longer to process vaccine orders.

Please do not order more than you can use.
