Influenza Vaccine Orders
PEI will receive influenza vaccine supply in September and October. Immunizers in physician office/clinics, PHN, and Long Term / Community Care Facilities can submit 2025-2026 influenza vaccine orders to the Chief Public Health Office using the online form below.
What do I need to provide with my order?
With your initial request, you must acknowledge you have read and are able to comply with the Annual Influenza Policy which includes your commitment to report each influenza vaccine administered in accordance with the Public Health Act Immunization Regulations.
How do I report vaccine administrations?
You are encouraged to electronically report vaccine administrations. Please note: If we did not receive a report for the previous influenza season, we will not be able to provide influenza vaccine for the 2024-2025 season.
What should I do with the leftover vaccine supply?
Unused or expired influenza vaccines must not be used and can be disposed of on-site or, if necessary, returned to the Provincial Pharmacy. An expired vaccine does not require cold chain transportation.
How long will it take to process my order?
During high activity periods, it may take 1-2 business days or longer to process vaccine orders.
Please do not order more than you can use.
