Buy a Fishing Licence Online

The 2024 Recreational Angling season begins on Monday, April 15, 2024.  All angling regulations are in force.

What are the fees for the fishing licence?

Fees vary. Find a list of current fees at Angling Resources and Information Centre.

All licensed anglers are also required to have and possess a valid Wildlife Conservation Fund License (WCF).
 

Is there other information I need to consider?

If new regulations and restrictions are issued they will be available in the 2024 Angling Summary (19MB). 

NEW! Please note that active Canadian Forces members and Canadian Forces veterans may be asked for proof of status in conjunction with their complimentary angling license.

How long will it take to get my fishing licence?

As soon as you complete your purchase, a valid licence will be sent to the email address provided in webform.  Print and sign this licence.

Make sure you enter a valid email address that you have access to and check your junk/spam folder for your license.
