Search the Public Library Service Catalogue and Access Your Account
You can use the Public Library Service's online catalogue to search for books, DVDs, music, audiobooks, and more. The catalogue also allows you to browse new additions to the collection, place requests, and renew eligible checkouts at any time.
How do I search the library catalogue?
A basic keyword search simply looks for a word or phrase in the catalogue. You can also limit a basic search using an author's name, a title, subject, series name, or magazine or journal title. An advanced search is also available, which lets you combine search terms and narrow your results by item type, location on the shelf, etc.
How do I access my account or request an item?
Some sections of the catalogue - including My Account - require you to log in, and you will need your 14-digit library card number and PIN to do so.
What happens if I don't know my PIN?
Try logging in using your 14-digit library card number and the last four digits of your telephone number. If you are still unable to connect, you can contact your local library or Public Library Service Headquarters to have your PIN reset.
