On behalf of the Government of Prince Edward Island and the PEI Energy Corporation, Doane Grant Thornton examined the ownership model of PEI’s electrical utilities, the Canadian electricity environment, and critical infrastructure alternatives.
Results from a collaborative engagement approach to hear from people on Prince Edward Island, Indigenous communities, municipalities, industry and experts about the impacts of climate change that they were most concerned with and actions proposed to address those impacts.
