Bridge replacement for Foxley River

Crews will be replacing a bridge in Foxley River on Route 168 (Canadian Road).

The 51-year-old structure will be replaced due to reaching the end of its service life.  

Dates: 

Monday, December 8, with work expected to be finished by January 2026.

Traffic: 

Two-way, one-lane, stop-and-go traffic will be in effect. 

When crews are not on site, drivers should follow the signs and yield to oncoming traffic.

Safety: 

  • Motorists should reduce speed and be prepared to stop.
  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area.
  • Obey flaggers and signs.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
