Licensed PEI Real Estate Agents or Realtors

This is a registry of each real estate sales person or agent (broker) currently licensed to practice in PEI.

Real estate licences are issued through the Insurance and Real Estate Section of the provincial government pursuant to the Real Estate Trading Act. A PEI licence is valid for two years. To qualify for a licence, a real estate sales person or agent must pay the appropriate fee, maintain the required bond and successfully complete the provincial licensing course offered by the Prince Edward Island Real Estate Association (PEIREA).
