On hearing an appeal, the Worker’s Compensation Appeal Tribunal may confirm, vary, or reverse the decision of the Workers Compensation Board. Tribunal decisions posted here are edited to protect the privacy of the parties concerned in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Within 90 days of the appeal hearing, a copy of the WCAT decision is provided to all parties who have a direct interest in the appeal, including employers, workers and the Workers Compensation Board.
