The Anne Authority is jointly owned by the Province of Prince Edward Island and the Heirs of L.M. Montgomery Inc.  The Anne Authority was established to protect the integrity of the images of Anne, to preserve and enhance the legacy of L.M. Montgomery and her literary works, and to control the use of Anne of Green Gables and related trademarks and official marks, including Green Gables House ("Anne" trademarks).  By "images of Anne" we mean words and images depicting the fictional characters, places and events described in Montgomery's novel Anne of Green Gables and related novels.

Complete a PEI Health Card Application Form to receive publicly funded health care services in Prince Edward Island. If you do not have a PEI Health Card you will be billed for hospital and physician services.

Persons or groups who wish to present to Health PEI Board of Directors must complete and submit this form three weeks (21 days) in advance of the Board meeting.

Some pesticides or uses of pesticides require a pesticide application permit in addition to a pesticide applicator certificate.

Anyone that wants to buy a commercial, restricted or manufacturing class pesticide must first obtain a pesticide purchase permit. 

Companies that wish to apply a commercial class pesticide to client properties must have a pesticide application business licence.  Pesticide application business licences are specific to the type of pesticides your business uses.

An individual or company that wants to apply a commercial class pesticide must obtain a pesticide applicator certificate.

To obtain a pesticide loader/mixer certificate, you must be 18 years of age and complete a one-day training program. A suitable training program is offered by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.
