Information and criteria for the 2026 Prince Edward Island Book Awards.
Notice of Election
The Municipal Elector Officer must publish the Notice of Election which can be modified for a By-Election in at least one print format (e.g. posters, newspaper, or newsletter) and one electronic format (e.g. website, social media, e-newsletter). Additionally, this notice shall be posted at the election office and the municipal office.
The notice must contain information on:
- wards for which an election shall be held (if applicable)
- the location and hours of the advance poll
- the location and hours of the polling stations on election day
- the type and number of identification documents that are required of electors/voters at the voting stations
Registered Wholesale Vendors' Tobacco Return
Every wholesale vendor who sells tobacco products in Prince Edward Island must file a Registered Wholesale Vendors’ Tobacco Return and remit the tobacco tax owing on a monthly basis.
Request for Refund of Tobacco Tax
Applicants requesting a refund for tobacco tax must state the reason(s) supporting their tax refund request.
Request for Refund of Real Property Transfer Tax Form
Complete the Request for Refund of Real Property Transfer Tax form and send it to the Taxation and Property Records Division.
Request Form for a Replacement PEI Teacher's License
Request for the Registrar to issue a replacement teacher’s certificate.
Name Change Request Form
You may use this form to request that your name be changed on all official documents issued by the Certification and Standards Section.
