Basic Forest Management Cycle (6.2M)

NS Forest Management Home Study Course (recommended)

The Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources offers an excellent Home Study Forest Management course. These manuals are available free-of-charge from the site but you must register to access them. The modules of interest to Envirothon students are:

  • Module #4 - Woodlots and Wildlife (also applicable to the Wildlife and Aquatics components)
