Petroleum pricing, February 16, 2017
The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the following petroleum pricing decisions, effective 12:01 a.m., Thursday, February 16, 2017:
• There will be no change in the price of gasoline, diesel, furnace oil, stove oil or propane.
Pump prices for regular unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets will continue to range from 105.5 cents per litre (cpl) to 106.6 cpl.
The maximum price before tax for furnace oil will continue at 79.4 cpl.
Due to yesterday’s storm, the regularly scheduled February 15th pricing adjustment has been delayed until today. Current market conditions allow for the continuance of existing prices.
The Commission's next scheduled price adjustment will be on March 1, 2017.
