Your feedback, including both concerns and compliments, helps us continuously improve French language services provided by the Government of Prince Edward Island.

What can I expect when I submit feedback?

  • Your privacy will be protected while your feedback is processed, and it will be answered in a respectful manner.
  • If you share a concern, we will gather information and investigate.
  • A response will be provided unless you indicate otherwise.
  • Offensive or disrespectful comments will not be addressed.

There is no time limit to sharing your feedback. Once we receive your feedback, it is acknowledged within 3 business days. If you have a concern, it will be reviewed by the Acadian and Francophone Affairs Secretariat, and when necessary, forwarded to the appropriate service manager for resolution.

Will submitting comments have consequences for me?

No. Your feedback is important to us and is seen as an opportunity to learn about Islanders’ experiences and to improve French language services. The Acadian and Francophone Affairs Secretariat values your input and is committed to addressing comments and concerns in a fair and objective manner.
