Operational Design for a Complex Care Model for Islanders Experiencing Homelessness - Donnelly Report

In November 2023, the Government of Prince Edward Island initiated a review of programs and services for vulnerable Islanders. Expanding on the interim report of the province's Senior Advisor on Complex Populations, this final report outlines the recommended operational design for a model of care to address unmet needs of Islanders with complex needs experiencing homelessness. 

The Government of PEI will move forward with a model of care based on a  distributed programming under a main umbrella entity.
