Pesticide Vendor Inquiry
The classification, sale, use of pesticides in Prince Edward Island are regulated by the Pesticides Control Act and Regulations. All pesticides are classified according to the toxicity and intended use of the product. Only licensed vendors with certified sales staff are permitted to sell pesticide products classified as non-domestic pesticides or controlled-purchase domestic pesticides.
