Any company conducting plumbing services in Prince Edward Island requires a valid PEI Plumbing Contractor's Licence. In addition, the owner or at least one employee of the company must hold a valid journeyman’s certificate in plumbing or a work permit issued in accordance with the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualification Act.
