The Department of Social Development and Seniors (SDS) is committed to finding ways to promote access to healthy meals and reduce social isolation for seniors. The Seniors Community Meal Grant provides funding to eligible organizations to assist with the costs of providing free, communal meals to seniors. The Seniors Community Meal Grant helps to create new community meal programs or increase capacity in existing community meal programs for seniors.
