The Contractor hereby covenants and agrees with the Minister as herein provided in connection with the following work, namely:
Route 1 - Hampton 2015
District 17
Section 00103, Station 3000-4850
For a distance of 1.85 km
This project commences 500 metres east of intersection of the TCH and Old Post Road and proceeds east along Route 1 for a distance of 1,850 metres.
The work includes: Cold planing existing asphalt (55mm), placing asphalt levelling A (60mm), placing asphalt seal B (40 mm), placing shoulder material and all other work necessary to complete the project.
