This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to submit proposals for the provision of landscaping and ground maintenance services for Red Shores Racetrack and Casino located at 58 Kensington Road, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

The services required will begin in April and continue through to October. There is minimal service requirements in July and August.

ALC will award this RFP for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options to extend at the discretion of Atlantic Lottery Corporation.

It is ALCs intent to award to one vendor; however may choose to award to more than one, based on the quality of proposals received.
