The purpose of this Request for Proposal process is to select an equipment provider for the purchase and delivery of thirty-four (34) to forty (40) Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus complete with thirty-four (34) to forty (40) masks, sixty-eight (68) to eighty (80) cylinders and thirty-four (34) to forty (40) voice amplifiers as required, as per the specifications outlined in the RFP.----------
