Notes:

This project includes the removal of the existing concrete foundation, construction of a new timber crib, reinstallation of the existing stairs and all work necessary for a complete installation as specified on drawings for the existing beach access.

If the owner provides an award during the week of August 16, 2021 the contractor will make every reasonable attempt to substantially complete all work on or before September 3, 2021.
