Search Temporary Foreign Worker Recruiter Licence

Foreign worker recruiters are individuals who help foreign workers find employment in Prince Edward Island or assist employers in locating foreign workers for employment. Foreign worker recruiters must hold a valid Foreign Worker Recruiter Licence issued by the Labour and Industrial Relations Division, unless an exemption applies.

Licences are issued to individuals and not to businesses. Foreign Workers and/or employers should ensure they are working only with the specific individuals who hold a valid recruiter licence, as having a recruiter on staff does not mean all employees of that business are authorized to recruit. Only the licensed individual may legally perform recruitment activities.
