When do I need an Amusement Device Operation Permit?
Any business that operates, for profit, an amusement ride or device must hold a valid Amusement Device Operation Permit.
How much is the fee?
$110 per ride is the cost of an Amusement Device Operation Permit.
How do I apply?
Fill out the application form and return it to Inspection Services.
How long does the permit last?
An Amusement Device Operation Permit is valid for a period of one year.
How long will it take to obtain an Amusement Device Operation Permit?
You should allow one week to process your application.
