Part 1 Definitions

1.1 In this Rule “NI 24-101” means National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective April 1, 2007 and October 1, 2007.

Part 2 Adoption as a Rule

2.1 NI 24-101 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.

Rule 24-801 Amending National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement

Part 1 Definitions

1.1  In this Rule “NI 24-101” means National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective April 1, 2007 and October 1, 2007.

Part 2 Amendment of National Instrument

2.1  NI 24-101 is amended in accordance with Amendments to National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement of the Canadian Securities Administrators made effective on the day National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements and Exemptions comes into force.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on September 28, 2009.
