License Suspended For Bluefin Restaurant & Lounge

The following is distributed by Island Information Service at the request of the PEI Liquor Control Commission

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge operation known as the “Bluefin Restaurant & Lounge”, license number LL170333, located in Souris, for the following period of time, that is:

    for a three (3) consecutive day period - commencing 9:00 a.m., Friday, May 4, 2018, up to and including 9:00 a.m., Monday, May 7, 2018.

The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that a violation of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following section which reads as follows:

    Section 70 (c)   A licensee shall not permit any disorderly conduct by any person in his licensed premises.
                                               
This Suspension does not affect the operation of the dining-room at the Bluefin Restaurant & Lounge which may continue to observe its normal hours of operation during this period.
