In November 2015 Prince Edward Island joined the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness and entered into a joint burden reduction partnership with Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
The Government of PEI is very supportive of efforts to reduce burden allowing small and medium businesses to increase their economic viability in the region. The annual report will provide details on efforts which have resulted in positive changes regarding burden reduction to businesses, in Prince Edward Island and the region.
