Flags and Lights
Decorative lights on the façade of the Shaw Building, located at 95 Rochford Street in Charlottetown, change from white to a specific colour or combination of colours to mark an annual holiday or occasion or a one-time community event. There is also Provincial Flag Protocol that determines when provincial flags are lowered to half-mast.
