Rule 13-802 Implementing Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System Fees for SEDAR and NRD
Part 1 Definitions
1.1 In this Rule “MI 13-102” means Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System Fees for SEDAR And NRD of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective March 17, 2008.
Part 2 Adoption as a Rule
2.1 MI 13-102 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.
Part 3 Effective Date
3.1 This instrument comes into effect on October 12, 2013.
