PART 1 DEFINITIONS

1.1 In this Rule “NI 44-102” means National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions of the Canadian Securities Administrators, consolidated to March 17, 2008.

PART 2 ADOPTION AS A RULE

2.1 NI 44-102 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

PART 3 EFFECTIVE DATE

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.
