Rule 55-804 Implementing National Instrument 55-104 Insider Reporting Requirements and Exemptions

Part 1 Definitions

1.1  In this Rule "NI 55-104" means National Instrument 55-104 Insider Reporting Requirements and Exemptions of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective April 30, 2010.

Part 2 Adoption as a Rule

2.1  NI 55-104 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on April 30, 2010.
