Feedback wanted from Island residents on upcoming legislative changes
The Province is inviting residents to share their opinion on changes to provincial laws in PEI.
As the Department of Justice and Public Safety continues to regularly modernize provincial legislation, consultation documents for the following pieces of legislation are now available online:
“Our department is pleased to be working hard to make provincial legislation that is effective and efficient, and we encourage all Islanders to share their perspectives and input on this work. Public consultation is an important mechanism for Islanders and for our Province that further ensures clear, modern and helpful legislation.”
- Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Attorney General Bloyce Thompson
Comments in English or French for all documents can be submitted online to justicepolicy@gov.pe.ca. Comments will be accepted until February 15, 2025.
