QEH Emergency Department testing electrical system
Health PEI advises the Emergency Department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital will undergo testing of its electrical system today, April 5, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Electricians will be testing back-up lighting systems in several areas of the department.
Patients may notice that the lighting system will be down for short periods of time in certain rooms. However, there will not be an impact on the ability to treat patients.
