Use this form if you are a registered apprentice and are changing employers.

You are eligible to provide an estimate of income if you, as parents, anticipate your income being lower by at least 5% in your current year rather than the previous year.  Indicate your income from all sources and provide a complete explanation. If your son/daughter receives an overpayment as a result of you underestimating your income, this over-payment may be deducted from future loans.

The Canada Student Loan Program Confirmation of Enrolment Schedule 2 should be submitted by students who are returning to full-time study and are not receiving any government student loans.  This will ensure that your Federal Student Loan payment will be in non-repayment status for the duration of your full-time studies.

The Student Loan Appeal Form must be submitted, along with your supporting documentation, at least 6 weeks prior to your end date of study to be considered.  To find out if you are eligible to appeal your student loan assessment results and for further information visit the information page on Student Loan Appeals.
