The PEI Children with Complex Needs Navigation Program helps children with complex needs and their families find services for their child’s medical and non-medical needs. If you (and members of your family) have recently moved to Prince Edward Island to live, work, or study, you may apply for a PEI Health Card to receive publicly funded health services. Eligibility You are eligible for a PEI Health Card if: you are legally in Canada; and PEI is your primary residence for at least six months plus a day each year.
