Health PEI Patient/Family Public Feedback
Health PEI values your input; we want to hear from you. We want to hear what you have to say so we can better understand what we are doing right and what we can do better. Your feedback, including both concerns and compliments, helps us continuously improve the quality of Health PEI's programs and services.
If you want to share your feedback regarding Health PEI programs or services, there are two options:
Option 1
Talk to your healthcare provider or manager/designate directly.
Whenever possible we encourage you to speak with your health care team first.
- Your team knows you best
- Discussing your questions or concerns may resolve any issues right away
- This is often the best way to proceed
- You can also ask the manager or supervisor for assistance
Option 2
Contact the Patient Experience/Patient Relations Division.
We encourage you to contact the Health PEI Patient Experience/Patient Relations Office if you are unable to resolve your feedback through Option # 1.
