With MyHealthPEI, you can:
- View lab results, diagnostic imaging reports, and immunization records
- Track your health using self-entry tools

- Option to connect to select smart devices
Requirements
A verified MyPEI account is necessary to access your personal health information in MyHealthPEI.
Once you are verified, login to your MyPEI Account and add your PEI Health Card information. A valid PEI Health Card is needed to connect to your personal health information in MyHealthPEI.
