Renew a Business: Co-operative or Non-profit Corporation

Any Co-operative Association or Non-profit corporation registered with the Province must renew the registration annually. Please complete the online form below.
What information do I need to complete the online form?
You will be asked to provide:
- Business identity and contact information
- CRA Business Number or PEI Registration Number
- Name of auditor appointed at the annual meeting
- Identity and contact information for current Directors/ Officers (noting any change of names currently registered)
- Full payment of renewal fee
What is the annual fee to renew a corporate registration?
- Renew a Co-operative association: $30
- Renew a Non-profit corporation: $20
