Prince Edward Island has a 5-year motor vehicle driver's license. All PEI residents are required to renew their driver’s license on or before the expiry date shown on their current license. Who requires a pumper’s license? Any person/business that undertakes the cleaning of a sewage disposal system or the disposal of septage or biosolids. What is septage? A tanning facility provides clients with access to tanning beds or booths that expose them to artificially produced ultraviolet light. Tanning facility operators in PEI are required by law to prohibit access to anyone under age 18 years and must visibly display signage indicating the health hazards associated with using tanning equipment. Everyone who receives treatment through Health PEI has a health record. Health records contain information such as reports from care providers, results of tests such as blood work and diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, etc.), and prescribed medications.
