How to Join the Patient Registry:

  • Complete the Patient Registry Online Application Form
  • Call 1-855-563-2101 (toll-free) or
  • Visit an Access PEI location for in-person assistance

You will need:

  • Your PEI Health Card number to register
  • PEI Health Card numbers for all household members if registering a family

After joining the Patient Registry

  • You will receive an email from Health PEI within up to 3 weeks inviting you to join the Virtual Care Program.

You can also access non-urgent care at walk-in clinics or call 8-1-1 to speak with a registered nurse, available 24/7.
