Transition Apartments for Youth

Transitional Housing for Youth

The Transition Apartments for Youth opened in 2020 and provide support youth between the ages of 18-24, who have either aged out of care or were previously in care at some point in their life.

The supportive living environment provides housing, life-skill training and opportunities for youth to get involved in their community towards connecting young people with community resources and supports they may need in the future as they move on to full independence. Life-skill training can include anything from financial responsibility, time management and domestic and interpersonal skills.
