For Route 22, this project commences 100 metres south of the Route 5 and 22 intersection and
proceeds north along Route 22 for a distance of 178 metres. For Route 5, this project commences
100 metres east of the Route 5 and 22 intersection and proceeds west along Route 5 for a distance
of 200 metres.
The work includes:
The work includes: Removing the intersection and constructing a roundabout. It includes: cold
planing asphalt, earth excavation; placing select borrow, placing Class A granular; concrete curb;
concrete apron; placing asphalt base A (120 mm typical); placing asphalt seal B (50 mm);
landscaping and all other work necessary to complete the project.
