The Cavendish Sewer Utility is seeking upgrades to Cavendish Lift Station No. 4 that consists of the following items:

Removal of existing pumps and controls; replacement of existing pumps with new variable frequency drive duplex pumps; replacement of existing controls with new controls; pumps and control system based on single phase power; addition of 1.8m diameter manhole for pumping storage; addition of 1.8m valve chamber complete with access hatch; single phase electrical supply to the lift station; commissioning of new station and operation manual; full operation of lift station services to be maintained throughout construction.
