Health Centres Offer Primary Care
- Primary care is often the first point of contact you have with the health system. It covers a broad range of health services including diagnosis, treatment, education, disease prevention, and screening.
Kids Help Phone
- Offers free, confidential support for kids, teens, and young adults. Call 1-800-668-6868 (toll-free) anytime, day or night.
Home Care Program
- The Home Care Program supports you and your caregivers so that you can remain in your home safely, with independence and quality of life, for as long as possible.
